Mediation - When two parties (whether they are a couple, partners in a business or even two companies) decide to go their own way, it is often the case that much expense has to be incurred in such processes. Polarised positions are difficult to reconcile. Mediation is alternative and an inexpensive process that allows parties to express there views and seek guidance from Mediators. The Hajveri Foundation hopes to offer such Mediation by offering Mediators qualified in both English Law and Islamic Law to pave the way towards a fair and just Agreement between the parties.
Arbitration - When there is a dispute between two parties (whether they are a couple, partners in a business or even two companies), it is very important for there to be an objective and independent evaluation of the problem and suggestion of a practicable and just solution to save the boat from sinking! Often parties don't want to part, but are forced to do so because there is no platform to effect such reconciliation. The Hajveri Foundation offers this facility to hopefully strengthen the fabric of the Ummah.
